PHONE ‘N’ RIDE RETURNS TO A FULL SERVICE
As lockdown restrictions are eased by Government, the Phone ‘n’ Ride service will now accept leisure and social trips.
The service initially resumed on Monday 1 June to support residents with essential travel to and from work, attending medical appointments and shopping trips, but remained closed for leisure and social trips.
In line with the recent announcements by Government, passengers are now able to travel for leisure and social trips with the service returning to its normal operating abilities, with strict cleaning and social distancing measures in place.
North East Lincolnshire Council and its regeneration partner, ENGIE, would like to remind Phone ‘n’ Ride passengers that they are required to wear a face covering. In line with Government guidance, face coverings are not required to be worn by children under the age of three or those who may find it difficult to wear one correctly, such as passengers with breathing difficulties, young children or disabled passengers. If you are unsure if you need to wear one, contact the Booking Team for advice.

What is Phone ‘n’ Ride?
Phone ‘n’ Ride is North East Lincolnshire’s on-demand bus service with no fixed route or timetable – users simply book where they want to go.
The service was established in 2005 to make sure residents could continue to get around the borough and access key services.
Phone ‘n’ Ride is managed by the council’s regeneration partner, ENGIE, working alongside delivery partner, Stagecoach East Midlands.
